Who we are

This website is run by BAU Management Limited. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at contact@baumgmt.com.

What we collect

When you email us. If you contact us at contact@baumgmt.com, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use this to reply and to deal with your enquiry, which is in our legitimate interests as a business.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

Optional cookies. With your consent only, we use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site and to measure our advertising. These set cookies and share information about your visit with Meta and Google. You can accept or decline when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the relevant provider.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our email, including Cloudflare, our email provider, Meta and Google. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email contact@baumgmt.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
